I'm back in the gym, starting this morning. EARLY this morning.

Today was arms, legs and abs day! YAY!!

3 sets of 10 on the following machines:

Bicep curls - 60 lbs
Pulldowns - 60 lbs
Leg extensions - 90 lbs
Standing calf - 90 lbs
Torso rotation - 70 lbs
Abs - 2 sets of 12, 1 of 20, 65 lbs resistance

There was one other arm and one other leg machine, but I can't remember the names for the life of me.

Anyhoo, going back tomorrow for some cardio and possibly some chest work.

It's been almost a year since I was in a gym and it feels like it. Hopefully I'll get back to where I was when I was working out with Jason.

Current weight: 216 lbs. I've gained. *shrugs*
